Join us for the 2nd annual craveABLEs Cup, a family-friendly mini golf tournament where fun meets impact! Grab a team of four and compete for prizes, enjoy lunch, ice cream, and help us create inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

A Team Entry Includes:
1 round of mini golf for 4 people
Chick-fil-a lunch
ice cream from craveABLEs
an afternoon of music, dancing, games, and vendors
Cup Schedule
10:30AM - 11:00AM Arrival and Check-In
11:00AM-2:00PM Golf, Lunches, Ice Cream & Music
Teams will be assigned group numbers and will rotate between golf and lunch stations.
2:10PM-2:30PM Wrap up! Winners announced, thank you, dancing and games for remainder of time.
Prizes
The team with the best score will be named craveABLEs Cup Champion. They will win a medal and basket full of goodies that include merch, gift cards, and items from Lynchburg businesses.
The team that wins best dressed (voted on by selected judges) will receive a craveABLEs Bundle including gift cards to craveABLEs and merch.
HOW TO WIN!!
Scoring
Mini - Golf Scoring Guidelines
Your team of four will play 18 holes of mini-golf and monitored by our event staff. You will write each team members’ strokes on the scorecard and we will average the two best total scores on each card to find your team score. The best score from all groups will win!
Best Dressed Team Scoring Guidelines
If you and your team come dressed up in a theme, you will have the chance to win the best dressed prize. Coordinate with your team members and show up as your favorite characters or anything you love. Secret judges will be walking around the event and will vote on the best dressed team!

This year we only have two group rotations instead of 3 and each rotation will be a little bit longer. Lunch will be different this year and there will be different businesses providing activities and games.

Lunch will a Chick-fil-a sandwich, chips, drink, and ice cream. Dietary and allergen options will be provided for those who denote it at sign-up!

No! The golf ball drop will be live streamed on Facebook so if you do not want to stay, you don’t have to!

No, you do not have to dress in a theme but we encourage you to because it adds another layer of fun and you could win a prize? It could be anything your team chooses- disney characters, 70’s disco, superheroes, we just can’t wait to see how creative you all are!

The first 6 holes of Tiny Town mini-golf are wheelchair accessible, however there are stairs to the remainder of the holes.

Yes, there is one ADA bathroom available on site.
